Here where I work, we participate in the US Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program. This little piece of government gives funds to child care and adult day care organizations in exchange for providing nutritious meals to their participants.

The family and I went out with some friends this weekend to a little oriental restaurant in Liberty Lake called Ding How. I was impressed; it was pretty good.
