I guess it depends on how dynamic the site is and how quickly the Wordpress theme can be adapted. I’ve spent more time “fixing” the CSS on some themes than I would have spent coding the HTML in by hand in Notepad.

That may be a slight exaggeration.

I use Dreamweaver now and it’s still way more trouble than wordpress. I do like Dreamweaver though.
